We want you to be satisfied with your Blink Blush Beauty purchase. In the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a refund or exchange for all UNOPENED products. After 48 hours the product is nonrefundable. Refunds will not be given for any other reason, than a manufacturer defect.

If you simply wish to exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 3 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 3 days, the products are non-exchangeable. Blink Blush Beauty is not responsible for any type of return shipment fees.

To start your return or exchange process, please contact Customer Service at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time that the items are received at the office.

*Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued.
